oral speaking class with Fiori
National Museum of American History
In Mr. Fiori’s class we went to National Museum of American History which was shown in “the museum at the night(movie).” It became unforgettable experience for us. Because before we went to there we had learned a person who was the most impressive founder of the National Museum of American History. Let’s find who he was!*Roosevelt’s monuments
It was Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States. He was one of the founders of the museum. He loved the nature, and recognized the necessity of protecting the nature particularly in the United States. He filled his makeshift museum with animals that he killed or caught; he then studied the animals and prepared them for display.
In addition, because he really loved nature he made a law for endangered animals in America.
After touring the museum luckily we had a chance to see special exhibition which was related with human’s germs. In this exhibition we were able to know how human give a birth and how human’s germ affect to human.
In this place we learned various kinds of germs which is in our mouth
This is the entrance of the museum with a statue of Theodore Roosevelt. The place is beautiful when you visit in the evening.
